Applications are invited for a Post-doctoral Research Fellow to join the Cancer Genomics Research Group in the School of Cancer Sciences. This exciting Cancer Research UK-funded post aims to support the following ongoing project in our University laboratories based at University Hospital Southampton (formerly Southampton General Hospital):

The clinico-biological importance of chromatin dynamics in malignant B-cells

The post-holder will join an established interdisciplinary team of research staff, students and senior academics in B-cell biology. The post-holder will have previous experience of working with computational tools for the analysis of massively parallel sequencing-based epigenomic datasets, in particular the analysis of ATAC-Seq data. You will have a PhD* or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in B-cell bioinformatics

*Applications for Research Fellow positions will be considered from candidates who are working towards or nearing completion of a relevant PhD qualification. The title of Research Fellow will be applied upon successful completion of the PhD. Prior to the qualification being awarded the title of Senior Research Assistant will be given.
