The University of Lincoln College of Arts is looking for an individual to join our team as a Clerical Assistant on a fixed-term post. You'll need to be able to provide welcoming front-facing support to our staff and students, work supportively across the College, have high attention to detail and be experienced in working with technology, including Microsoft Office 365.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in student administration in higher education and will be an effective people manager. You will be committed to continuous service and process improvement and care about providing students with an outstanding experience. As well as being committed to operational excellence, you will be able to support senior academic and professional services colleagues in developing and delivering the education and student experience elements of the College of Arts' Strategic Plan.
