We are looking for a motivated and independent candidate for the following position:
Responsibilities
- Implement and validate a hybrid particle-field molecular mechanics simulation scheme
- Apply the simulation scheme to investigate soft-matter systems of interest
- Communicate results to scientists through peer reviewed publications and oral and poster presentations
Qualifications
- A PhD degree in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related subject
- Research experience in theoretical or computational statistical mechanics, polymer physics, liquid physics, or soft condensed matter physics
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Experiences with statistical field theory and all-atom simulations are appreciated but not compulsory
