Bangor University School of Medical and Health Sciences is offering an exciting full time permanent opportunity for an aspiring or experienced Adult Nursing Lecturer to join our team, based in Wrexham. Candidates will have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Candidates should also possess a Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject area.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.

This post is available on our teaching and scholarship career track. Here at the School of Health Sciences, we value the partnership we have with students and prioritise support and encouragement for all our students across their differing programmes. The School offers a welcoming context for less experienced lecturers to develop their potential. The successful candidate will have opportunities to contribute to teaching and learning across the School’s portfolio, including in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible and the post is available for a fixed-term period of 2 years in the first instance.
