The Employability Partnerships Team within the Graduate Futures Service is delighted to recruit for two Employability Coordinators. 

Employability Coordinators provide specialist career activities including supporting curriculum development and delivery, academic staff training and information, coordinating employability events and 1-1 Careers Clinic information and advice to students and graduates.  Working in collaboration with Employability Partnership Advisers, coordinators will use key employability data sets such as Graduate Outcomes, Career Readiness and NSS to inform team developments and projects within academic faculties to enable greater impact upon student experience and graduate employment.  

Coordinators will possess excellent knowledge of the student and graduate labour market and have experience of developing and delivering engaging educational content. They must also be able to evidence strong relationship management and organisational skills, along with experience of leading on operational activities within an employability context.
