As the Alumni Manager you will join a small team with responsibility for delivering the high profile Alumni engagement work of the University, supporting the student journey through post-graduation and into employment and beyond. You will manage a range of communication and engagement with our alumni and deliver the very best customer service at all levels. Alumni of the University of Lincoln can be found in more than 140 countries around the world and we have more than 30 active alumni hubs globally. Experience of copywriting, events, relationship management, and data management would be helpful for this role. Attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and exceptional communications skills are vital. Please note, due to the events we hold, a flexible approach to work to accommodate evening and weekend working will be required.
