Job Purpose

The Resourcing Administrator will assist the Resource Planning team with general day to day administrative support of resourcing for all Business School programmes.

You will be responsible for maintaining key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will be required to handle both professional and business information that is of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of the staff holiday and TOIL records on the QV
  • Assisting with staff sickness procedures and ensuring that the relevant processes are complied
  • Assisting with freelance administration, including completion and follow-up of freelancer engagement forms and IT request forms
  • Assisting with HR documentation requirements
  • Supporting with IT accounts for new starters and freelancers
  • Assisting with class cover for tutors who are ill or otherwise unavailable
  • General updating of resourcing spreadsheets
  • Undertake timetabling activity for ADAF/MSc Accounting and Finance programmes
  • Provide tutors with the relevant material for teaching each term
  • Support with resourcing inbox management, including responding to queries and filing in to the appropriate folder.
  • Assisting with any ad hoc tasks within the resource planning team
