Role Description

Cranfield University School of Management welcomes applications from individuals with significant administration experience gained ideally from within a higher education setting.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Senior Administrator to join us supporting the teaching and day to day activities in the Action, Execution & Implementation Group.  This will include supporting programmes at Cranfield and offsite with occasional out of hours working.

About You

To be successful in this role you will require previous administrative experience in a customer-facing role; be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will be a confident communicator with strong customer relations skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to deal with people at all levels of the business.

The role requires excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills with close attention to detail and an ability to prioritise and organise your workload to ensure relevant procedures are followed and deadlines met.
