SITS Curriculum Data Officer
Led by the Dean of Learning and Teaching, the Centre for Teaching Excellence and Student Success (CTESS) was established in 2018 and incorporates three teams. The first coordinates the professional development of our academic staff and leads on aspects of Learning and Teaching Enhancement. The second focuses on Widening Participation and the delivery of our Access and Participation Plan (APP) at St Mary's. The third is our Quality and Standards team led by the Head of Quality and Academic Partnerships and includes five Quality and Standards Managers and an administrator.
Working within the Quality and Standards team, the purpose of the SITS Curriculum Data Officer role is to manage curriculum data relating to academic programmes within the University’s Student Records System, SITS. The post holder will be primarily responsible for ensuring that information about programmes, modules and assessments are accurately captured, modelled and updated within the SITS environment.
