The Department of Management and Marketing at Durham University seeks to appoint a talented individual to the role of Teaching Fellow in Leadership/Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. We welcome applications from those with teaching interests in the broad field of  Leadership/Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. This post offers an exciting opportunity to make a contribution to the development of the department's and Business School's teaching and curriculum, while allowing you unrivalled opportunities to progress and embed your career in an exciting and progressive institution.

The successful candidate will contribute to the department's activities and provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues teaching Leadership/Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the UG, PGT and executive education levels.
