About Role/ You

As the Student Lifecycle Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team and coordinating student lifecycle activities and processes across nominated cohorts. You will have primary responsibility for operational processes including credit, enrolment and class scheduling and ensuring the team work effectively with our student facing team.

This position works closely with other members of the Leadership Team, deputising for the Senior Coordinator as required, to ensure that all academic administration operations and delivery are effective and streamlined. You will lead cultural and work practice changes required to support operational objectives.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

  • Experience in the coordination and delivery of academic or student services. A passion for high-quality customer service, applying understanding of stakeholder needs to improve experience. Demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff through high volume and fast paced activities
  • An innovative approach to developing new processes which champion new technologies

Qualifications

  • Degree in relevant discipline and/or extensive experience in a relevant administrative field.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant policies and procedures in higher education is advantageous.
