Imagine the satisfaction of supporting an environment where children and adults are given the gift of sound. 

A key member of our team you will immerse yourself in supporting members of the multi-disciplinary team ensuring patient records are in the right place at the right time, providing proactive and patient focussed administration.  In this pivotal role you will rely on your strong communication skills as you will be liaising with our partners at the local hospitals along with our patients who often need you to be understanding and compassionate to their needs. Personally, you will have a keen eye for detail and appreciate the need for accuracy and adherence to the data protection and information governance policies and procedures. 

Not afraid to pitch in you will support colleagues across the wider team as the need arises. Your secretarial training and proven experience, together with your expertise using Microsoft Office, will be crucial to your success.

There will be screening interviews held by TEAMS in the week beginning 15th November 2021. Following a successful screening interview the candidates will be given a task to prepare for the formal interview on 24th November 2021.
