Role Description
Communications and External Affairs (CEA) welcomes applications from experienced media relations professionals.
About the Role
CEA is responsible for building and protecting Cranfield’s reputation, engaging with a range of stakeholders and raising awareness of Cranfield’s brand and its distinctiveness.
CEA is responsible for the communications, public affairs, brand and content strategies, supporting the University’s strategic priorities and plans for growth.
About You
Reporting to the Director of Communications and External Affairs, the role holder will work with key internal stakeholders and influence these key working relationships to ensure that the level of advice and professional communications and media support provided to the University Executive and Schools/themes meets their needs and is of the highest standard. You will manage the University's Press Office.
You will work collaboratively to devise and implement effective communications and media relations strategies; PR campaigns and crisis communications plans and responses.
