Student and Academic Administration (SAA) is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join its teams supporting student experience in the Faculty of Medicine.  

The student experience teams provide administrative support for all aspects of the student lifecycle. Major elements of the post will be to support exams and assessment processes but will also include support for enrolment, academic programme management, student financial and pastoral support, and graduation. You will work closely with members of the teams and colleagues across the University to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of student experience activity.  

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who would like to learn about administration in an education context. You will be an excellent team player, well organised and adaptable. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service.  

This role is a permanent, part time for 21.6 hours per week with a flexible work pattern.

At present, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, you will be expected to work a mixture of on campus and remotely.
