Applications are invited for a Temporary 6 months post of a UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 within UCD School of Medicine
A full-time postdoctoral level 1 position is available to join a vibrant research team examining the effects of maternal nutrition on pregnancy outcome and infant health. The successful candidate will be involved with the daily running and supervision of ongoing interventional studies, perform data analysis, and writing of research reports and scientific papers. The post will be for 6 months commencing January 2022.
This is a research focused role, where you will conduct a specified programme of research supported by research training and development under the supervision and direction of a Principal Investigator. The primary purpose of the role is to further develop your research skills and competences, including the processes of publication in peer-reviewed academic publications, the development of funding proposals, the mentorship of graduate students along with the opportunity to develop your skills in research led teaching.
Salary: €38,631 - €41,025 per annum Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
