The Birmingham College of Food, which is part of the School of Health, Sport and Food at University College Birmingham is looking to recruit a candidate with credible industry experience and demonstrable skills within Bakery/Confectionery/Patisserie, to join us as a Lecturer in Bakery; to teach across a range of subject areas at further education level.

Essential requirements for this role include:

• Relevant teaching/training/coaching experience 
• Credible experience within industry 
• High level of skill in Bakery/Confectionery/Patisserie 
• Qualification in a relevant discipline

• Modern and classic skills in cake decoration (coating, piping and modelling)
