About the Job

We are seeking a customer focused and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Services team.

In this role you will bring your strong communication skills and solid Payroll experience (exposure to iChris and/or Workday highly regarded) and be responsible for:

  • the timely delivery of pay utilsing multiple systems
  • investigating and resolving payroll related escalations from employees, managers, finance and HR partners in multiple business units within agreed timeframes.
  • providing subject matter expertise in the time and attendance processes in order to achieve accurate payroll outcomes.
  • contribute to continuous improvement opportunities and participate in the delivery of of relevant projects.

About you

To be suitable for the role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A degree with substantial experience
  • Strong and indepth Payroll knowledge and experience
  • Experience in payroll/HR systems and system integration including iChris
  • Highly motivated and able to deal with multiple time sensitive task
  • Organised and efficient approaches with ability to problem solve
