Do you have a track record of academic achievement across teaching, research and/or professional practice in a relevant subject area? Do you have significant experience of strategic and operational leadership in education or industry? If so, we want to hear from you.

Following a reorganisation, we are in the process of introducing a new, consistent senior structure across our four faculties.

We are seeking outstanding individuals to help us achieve our ambitions and join our Faculty Senior Teams in the following Head of School Roles:

  • Head of School of Education 
  • Head of School of Science 
  • Head of the School of Design 
  • Head of the School of Humanities & Social Sciences 
  • Head of the School of Law & Criminology 
  • Head of the School of Stage & Screen 

Reporting to the Deputy Dean, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for your School that covers a wide range of disciplines. You will provide strong academic leadership and vision for your School driven by a commitment to Teaching and Student Experience, Research and Knowledge Exchange.

Successful candidates will act as an advocate for change and will have significant experience at senior manager level within an education or industry -based organisation of comparable size and complexity.
