We are on the look out for a team member to support us in delivering an excellent service to our students, staff and wider community.
The successful candidate should be IT literate and a successful communicator, as communicating with our users will be a key part of this role.
You will champion our services and offerings, and support all functions of sport across University of Southampton; you will be part of a high performing team who strive to make a positive difference to our users' experience. In addition, you will provide valuable administrative support for fellow colleagues within the Customer Excellence team and must be willing to work on a shift pattern.
This role is based at Jubilee Sports Centre on Highfield Campus, but at times will include work at Wide Lane Sports Ground and Mayflower Gym.
