The Role

  • Fixed Term, Full Time (12 months)
  • $81,222 to $87,853 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst or Wagga Wagga

Working as part of an energetic, dynamic and supportive team you will deliver contemporary recruitment services, and bring your customer-centric and professional approach to service delivery. You will have a consultative approach to working with hiring managers to understand their business requirements and provide solutions to attract and assess high calibre candidates.

To be successful you will have:

  • Work experience relevant to the role requirements;
  • Superior communication and ability to build effective relationships;
  • Strong technical proficiency and experience using multiple systems, applications, and computer platforms;
  • Ability to priorities work in a high volume, complex organisational environment.
