Applications are invited for a Temporary Part Time post of a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Transformation Manager within UCD Innovation Academy

Do you have what it takes to inspire people and help them to unlock their true potential? Can you help us to change the face of education, and transform the way we work and learn? If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you. You could become a part of something truly pioneering that's putting Ireland at the forefront of innovation.

The world is changing at an unparalleled rate and many of our students will go on to work in jobs that don't yet exist. As educators, we feel a responsibility to develop graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset and the resilience to adapt. In 2010, UCD became one of the first universities to offer experiential learning. Since then, thousands of students have discovered new ways of looking at the world. We design learning experiences in partnership with industry leaders, to give our students the key skills they need: Creativity, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Critical Thinking, Resilience, Collaboration and Leadership.

The UCD Innovation Academy helps people from all walks of life to transform their mindset through experiential learning. Our alumni go on to accelerate their careers and change the world, either from within their organisations or as entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs. We are also on a journey to transform ourselves. We have met the challenges of the last two years by developing new ways of delivering our programmes, engaging with our learners and colleagues, and providing tools for resilience to a workforce and society experiencing rapid change and uncertainty.

Now through our Operational Innovation Programme we want to build on what we've learned along the way to permanently transform the way we deliver our services to students, staff and partners. Reporting to the Head of Operational Innovation, the Financial Planning & Analysis Transformation Manager will lead key parts of our Operational Innovation Programme, working to transform our existing financial and budgetary processes. This role will focus on developing robust, repeatable and scalable financial planning and analysis processes as part of our new Target Operating Model, to enable data-driven financial-based strategic decision-making.

You will work collaboratively across all levels of the Innovation Academy and guide colleagues through the development and implementation of new and enhanced financial processes that enable the Innovation Academy learning experience.

Salary Scale: €60,000 - €67,500 per annum pro-rata
