UCB are seeking individuals to teach/deliver the following:
Food Science and Nutrition. Delivery at levels 4-6 on BSc Food Science and Culinary Innovation and Food and Nutrition programmes, which align to NHS and Public Health England specifications.
Modules cover: Food Chemistry; Microbiology; Nutrition; Culinary Skills; Psychology of Consumer Behaviour; Farm to Fork; Public Health; Food Manufacture; and Anatomy and Physiology.
