Job Description

The successful candidate will work in the laboratory of Assistant Professor Xue Shifeng on epigenetics regulation in embryonic development.

The main responsibilities of the position include

• Performing experiments involving molecular biology, biochemistry, cell and animal based techniques.
• Ensuring good maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Participating in lab management and procurement activities

Qualifications

Qualifications / Discipline:

• Bachelor degree in Biomedical Science

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team
• Organized, dedicated and reliable
• Willing to work flexible hours

Experience:  

• Minimum 1 year research laboratory experience
• Experience in tissue culture and molecular biology preferred
• Prior experience with animal handling will be at an advantage
