Role Description

We welcome applications from people who are as committed to customer service as we are, to join our HR Recruitment team providing a high-quality, professional and proactive recruitment service to our internal and external customers.

About the Role

As a key member of the Recruitment team, you will manage your own recruitment campaigns for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the smooth running of recruitment across the University. You will provide an efficient, professional administration service maintaining high standards of customer experience.

You will join a supportive team environment with the potential for future career development opportunities.

About You

This opportunity would suit an experienced, customer focused administrator with a keen interest in recruitment practices, although previous HR recruitment experience is not essential as training will be provided. You will have a good standard of education and proven administration skills with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Our Values

Our shared, stated values help to define who we are and underpin everything we do: Ambition; Impact; Respect; and Community. Find out more here. We aim to create and maintain a culture in which everyone can work and study together and realise their full potential.

Diversity and Inclusion

Our equal opportunities and diversity monitoring has shown that minority ethnic groups are currently underrepresented within the University and so we actively encourage applications from eligible candidates from these groups, in addition to other underrepresented protected characteristic areas, such as disability and LGBTQ+.

Flexible Working

We actively consider flexible working options such as part-time, compressed or flexible hours and/or an element of homeworking, and whether a position can be carried out at any of our locations.  We commit to exploring the possibilities for each role. Find out more here.
