The Human Resources Directorate at the University of Greenwich is seeking an experienced HR Operations Officer to provide advice and guidance for queries arising from the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for the maintenance of employee records ensuring that all employee life cycle changes are updated in a timely and accurate manner. It is essential that you have excellent organisational skills, are an effective team player and have a strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a high-quality and professional service.

You must have the ability to deal with multiple priorities and tasks whilst building and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders. You should have experience of applying immigration and employment legislation in a work environment. Knowledge of HR databases and e-Recruitment systems is essential.
