With this in mind, the School of Management is offering two Research Professor opportunities across a range of disciplines including Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources, International Business and Strategy.
As a research professor, your role focuses on research based activities, making major, original and innovative contributions to a field of research which is of international standing and to take academic leadership roles in mentoring early and middle career researchers and promoting research collaboration.
This outstanding opportunity will allow you to display the highest levels of performance and leadership in achieving the strategic goals of the School and the University.
A PhD qualification with a concurrent strong track record of publications in top journals in a discipline relevant to the School of Management are essential. Demonstrated leadership of integrated research activity both within and across groups in academia as well as industry is paramount to your success in this position. An internationally competitive salary package can be negotiated depending on experience and achievement.

Benefits and Remuneration:
The salary ranges presented are those which are contained within the University's Enterprise Agreements; as are the employee benefits which include employer superannuation contribution at the rate of the current Government Superannuation Guarantee amount up to 17 percent, study assistance, a comprehensive salary packaging and wellness programs and flexible and family friendly work practices.
