As a lecturer/teaching fellow, you will play a central role in furthering the research of the HRM and OB department. You will also teach at an undergraduate and postgraduate level, and act as a leader and ambassador for us across management and engagement activities. Whether developing your own teaching approaches, acting as supervisor to your students or contributing to the effective administration of our department, you will enjoy scope to innovate and make a significant impact.

You will bring to the role a strong professional reputation, including publications in a 3* or higher ABS journal. Experience of teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels is essential, as is your ability to engage and inspire students and colleagues alike. An innovative and original thinker, you will have a flair for building relationships and helping shape successful academic departments. 

The Department of HR Management and Organisational Behaviour brings together internationally renowned academics with teaching and research interests in critical management & organisation studies, industrial relations, labour unions, leadership, ethics, CSR and sustainability, careers, alternative organising, and the future of work.  The department has a thriving undergraduate and postgraduate portfolio, which is built on the research strengths and focus of department staff.
