Clinical Research Governance Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual who is looking to further their career in research governance.
We have created two new posts as part of a recently expanded Research Governance, Ethics and Integrity team, which will provide clinical research governance support to ensure that patient research sponsored by KCL is conducted and managed in line with the UK Policy Framework for Health and Social Care Research and all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
The role holder will contribute to the effective and efficient support of research and innovation at King’s through the delivery and promotion of the robust support of the College’s Clinical Research Governance processes, delivery of engaging training and support in the development of clear and concise policy and guidance.
The role holder will have and continue to develop a sound knowledge of research governance requirements, internal to KCL and also national R&D requirements.
They will provide authoritative advice and guidance relating to HRA governance processes, NHS REC operating procedures and amendments to the research community and facilitate the continued development of internal processes to support this.
