The Opportunity

NIDA Corporate has an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience in market analysis, new business acquisition, retention, marketing and relationship development to join as a Business Development Manager. The role requires significant external engagement with new and existing clients and stakeholders at events, large-scale conferences and business development meetings. This role is a 12 months Maternity cover. The role will ideally continue until 30th August 2022.

Market development will play an important part in the success of this role, so experience in sales analysis, external communications and marketing, and business strategy are essential.

A key component of this role is the ability to demonstrate an understanding of NIDA Corporate’s training philosophy, commitment to the pursuit of excellence, and an ability manage multiple responsibilities whilst remaining calm under pressure with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset are imperative.

An interest in education and the arts is highly desirable.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are customer oriented, love building professional relationships and are energised by the idea of playing a key role in developing and growing NIDA Corporate’s sales pipeline, partnerships, and events calendar.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging and confident presenter with exceptional presentation skills and an ability to build rapport with ease. A collaborative and supportive team management style is also essential to the success of this role.

Salary 

$120,000 inclusive of 10% Superannuation
