Job Description

The United Arab Emirates University invites applications for organic chemistry teaching assistant (instructor). Qualified candidates at all levels will be considered at a rank commensurate with academic accomplishments. Candidate should have a strong commitment for excellent teaching level in organic chemistry laboratories and responsible for organizing and creating assignments, laboratory manuals, quizzes and exams. Candidate should have experience in organic chemistry techniques, instruments, laboratory settings and reagent preparation. Applicant must have at minimum master degree in Organic Chemistry (PhD is preferred). Previous experience in physical chemistry teaching and research at university undergraduate level is required. The application package should include a cover letter, a detailed resume, a brief description of current/future research activities, teaching philosophy, and courses taught. English is the language of instruction and communication. Screening of applications will continue until the position is filled.

Minimum Qualification
