Our professional HR Department staff have relationships with every area of the University at both a strategic and operational level. Human Resources covers the areas of operations, reward and benefits, organisational development, equality, diversity and inclusion, and engagement and wellbeing.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Payroll Services Team as a Payroll Administrator.

The Payroll Services team sits within the wider Reward and Benefits team within the HR Department, responsible for Payroll, Pensions, Staff Benefits, Wellbeing and Human Resources Systems. Our team supports the HR function in terms of delivering against the University strategic objectives and ensuring that a professional and solutions-driven administrative service is provided. The purpose of this role is to deliver Payroll administrative support to ensure that a high standard of service is delivered to all customers of the HR department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their Payroll administrative experience, have excellent customer service skills, be a good team player whilst being able to organise and prioritise their own workload.

To succeed in our team, you will need to work with minimal supervision and be able to ensure that work meets our high-quality standards. You will be a clear and effective communicator with keen attention to detail, and you will thrive on putting our customers at the heart of everything you do.

As well as working with colleagues in the HR Department, you will build relationships and work collaboratively with academic and professional services staff across the wider University community, our students, and candidates who are eager to join us at Lincoln.
