Complete standard computational genomics and bioinformatics methodologies to analyse RNA seq data from iPSCDM infected with gamma-irradiated M. bovis. Complete network biology and integrative genomics approaches to dissect the response of genome-edited iPSCDM to infection with gamma-irradiated M. bovis.
