Salary: £27,511 to £32,817 plus £4800 London weighting per annum
Contract Type: Permanent - Working hours normally 7:45am to 3:45pm

We are looking for a Transport Coordinator working at our Avery Hill Campus within the Estates & Facilities Directorate.
You will coordinate maintenance of our vehicle fleet and manage our minibuses, as well as provide support for our bus and parking services. This will include auditing performance, contract administration, as well as supporting administration of student/staff car park permits and online bus tickets. You will also help promote green travel initiatives e.g. cycling.
An excellent written and oral communicator you will deal with members of staff across university departments as well as our students. You will also need sound planning and organisational skills. Some driving is required so experience of driving vans and minibuses is essential.
This is a varied and interesting role mixing operational and administrative skills with an ability to respond to changing circumstances and occasionally work beyond your normal hours to achieve this.
