Salary £45,000 to £50,000 pa plus benefits

We’re looking for a highly organised professional with demonstrable management experience who is passionate about apprenticeship success!

University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is long-standing and leading provider of supported online education. We exist to provide accessible, relevant and cost-effective education which enhances careers, increases professionalism and leads to a better Built Environment; we are also very passionate about sustainability. Operating from the UK and Hong Kong we have a global reach, and at any one time over 3,500 students are studying online with us.

This is an exciting new role within UCEM which will give you the opportunity to join our fast-paced Apprenticeships Team and lead on the support functions that help the team perform. There are a number of responsibilities you will be accountable for which include: maintaining apprenticeships operating calendar, data management for effective delivery, management of health and safety processes, contract management and business integration. The team works closely with stakeholders across the institution and externally to ensure the smooth running of apprenticeship programmes and the success of apprentices!

Key qualities we’re looking for include:

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent in Business, Management, Teaching or similar.
  • Experience in managing or supporting the management of apprenticeship or other ESFA-funded delivery.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in managing processes, including analysing data to achieve maximum business efficiency.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team to deliver successful outcomes.
