Global Recruitment and Admissions has recently undergone a change programme designed to deliver against the university’s strategic objectives by bringing together our international activities, student recruitment marketing, events, enquiries and admissions, supported by high quality market analysis and insight. As such, we’re seeking to appoint an Associate Director to lead the student recruitment marketing strategy across the University. 

This will include identifying and implementing new and ambitious approaches to marketing campaigns, recruitment events and schools and college activity. With responsibility for managing across UK recruitment, events and marketing functions, this post will bring together the enquirer to acceptance journey in one team, ensuring delivery of the University’s strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering effective student recruitment strategies and targeted marketing campaigns, with knowledge and experience of digital marketing techniques and campaigns, advertising, and demonstrating return on investment.
