Would you like to play a key role in the HR administration of staff at the University of Southampton?
We need an Administrative Officer to join the HR Transactions Team to help deliver the University’s strategy. Yu will be involved in updating HR records, issuing contractual change letters, processing compliance checks, and upholding data integrity.
You will work as part of a team, processing contractual changes in the HR system, and liaising with customers. You must have an excellent eye for detail, be able to provide high quality, timely and customer focused administration, and be experienced in using Microsoft Office applications.

Our HR department works across Highfield Campus and One Guildhall Square, but your main work location will be One Guildhall Square. Both offices have easy access to public transport, restaurants, coffee shops and a University gym.
There will also be an opportunity to work flexibly from home, as well as coming into the office when required.
The expected hours of work for this full-time role are 9am - 5pm.
