Registry Systems Administrator
Full-time, 35 Hours per week, Fixed Term for 6 Months
Grade 4: £23,754 to £28,332 per annum
UWS Registry is seeking an experienced and highly organised Systems Administrator to support Registry functions. You will Support the maintenance of Registry systems by contributing to the development of policies, procedures and service enhancements, in particular our Transnational Education (TNE) records support and digital Higher Education Achievement Reports (HEAR).
You will be a pro-active business partner and play a leading role in operational delivery of the Transnational Education (TNE) and HEAR programmes within UWS. You will work closely with School TNE programmes to contribute to and support the design, implementation and management of key systems. To promote continuous improvement to administrative procedures for the School's TNE programme delivery. You will also support release of HEAR digital reports to graduating students.
You will be educated to HND level or have equivalent work experience of administration and an understanding of, and respect for, equality and diversity preferably in a Higher Education environment.
You will work as part of a dynamic team with shared responsibilities listed in the Job Description. While you will have knowledge of and may provide some support to any of the Key Result Areas you will be allocated the specific responsibilities for TNE and HEAR.

This post may be based at Paisley, Ayr or Lanarkshire campus; however, you may be required to work at any UWS campus or location from time to time to meet needs of the business.
