Job Description
Reporting to the PI, Prof David De Cremer and co-PI, Dr. Andreas Deppeler, the successful candidate is expected to develop and maintain a grants-supported program of research leading to publications in high quality journals, help supervising graduate students, and help establishing collaborations with other relevant centers and organizations. We provide funding for research and conference travel and expect the successful candidate to apply for grants within the University system.
Qualifications
- Strong background and demonstrated research interests in the application of algorithms in society, business and organizational settings.
- Completed (or in the process of completing) a graduate degree at the PhD level in behavioral sciences including Business/Organizational Behavior(OB)/Organizational Psychology/Social Psychology or closely related fields.
- Recent and relevant work experience in or strong working knowledge of algorithmic applications in societal and business settings with expertise in the behavioral insights of technology end-users and employment of empirical methods (experiments, surveys) will be viewed as a definite asset.
