About the Role

Working within our dynamic business development department at Cranfield Executive Development (CED) this exciting role will see you undertake a range of marketing activities to help us build a pipeline of profitable opportunities to meet our ambitious goals for growth.

You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a rich mix of marketing strategies that will drive the awareness of our exciting new brand proposition and attract global organisations, leaders and government to our range of high impact programmes and development solutions. Under your remit is the successful promotion of our core product areas: Open Executive Programmes, Custom & Consulting solutions, Levy funded programmes and accredited & non-accredited digital courses. Examples of marketing campaigns that you’ll working include social media engagement, improving brand awareness, driving lead generation as well as leading specific strategic marketing and sales enablement projects.

About You

We're looking for a curious and creative marketing professional to join our dynamic business development department at Cranfield Executive Development (CED) working within the marketing function. With a strong passion for marketing you will bring significant previous experience working in a varied and fast-paced marketing role. You'll be digitally minded, self-motivated, and audience-focused with the ability to demonstrate excellent organisation and project management skills.

You will have up to date knowledge & skills in cross functional collaboration, lead generation and social media. Importantly you must have demonstrable campaign management experience, a good eye for detail and a healthy approach to monitoring, reporting and evaluation.

Candidates should hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing.
