Applications are invited for the post of Teaching Fellow in Academic Practice, to join the Centre for Higher Education Practice (CHEP) at the University of Southampton. Located within the Faculty of Social Sciences, CHEP provides a comprehensive package of academic professional development for staff at all stages of their career, and plays a leading role in delivering strategic education improvement projects across the University, most recently in supporting the move to online delivery in response to the pandemic.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in contributing to the design, development, delivery and evaluation of professional development activities and education improvement projects offered by CHEP. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have experience and/or expertise in the areas of inclusive and accessible education and/or digital education.

The appointment is a permanent post commencing in September 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Applicants must have a PhD or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in higher education.
