The university has recently launched its new Strategy ‘This is our time’ 2021-30 and we are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and professional programme manager to drive forward its implementation. Working at the heart of the organisation, the role will require excellent people skills in building relationships across senior stakeholders to ensure our strategic approach is joined up and delivered on time.

You will bring leadership and a pragmatic approach to strategy implementation, ensuring we have efficient and streamlined enabling processes in place. You will be able to use your skills and experience to shape our journey and effect real change as we look to achieve our ambitious plans to become the best modern university in the country by 2030.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational, people and analytical skills, the ability to prioritise and manage a complex workload, and excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a new role at the university with the opportunity for you to shape its future direction. The post will sit within the Planning and Statistics team, and it is expected that you will line manager two project managers.
