At TU Dresden, Faculty of Business and Economics, the Chair of Business Management, esp. Organization (Prof. Dr. Blagoy Blagoev) offers a position as 
 
Research associate / PhD Student 
(Subject to personal qualification employees are remunerated according to salary group E 13 TV-L) 
 
starting at the earliest possible date for a period of 3 years with 75% of the fulltime weekly hours. The period of employment is governed by the Fixed Term Research Contracts Act (WissZeitVG). The position offers the chance to obtain further academic qualification (e.g. PhD).

Tasks: individual research; participation in the research projects of the chair; Participation in the teaching program of the chair; participation in administrative tasks at the chair and in the faculty.

Requirements: above-average university degree (Diploma or Master) in Business Administration, Management, Sociology, Cultural Studies or related disciplines; very good methodological skills in the field of qualitative research; very good knowledge of written and spoken English; research interests in the field of organization, work, and management; compatibility to the research profile of the chair (organizational temporality, change and persistence in organizations, corporate sustainability, digitization and new forms of work and organizing); ability to work creatively and independently.
