Job Description

Conduct research in carbon capture and storage technologies relevant to Singapore’s context. Estimate CO2 emission profile and evaluate options for subsurface storage in ASEAN countries. Conduct quantitative evaluation of CO2 emission from various industries; perform statistical analysis of data; conduct numerical simulations of CO2 injection in various types of subsurface reservoirs in ASEAN.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering; post-graduate studies in Petroleum Engineering; 7 years of industry experience post bachelor degree; working experience in carbon capture technologies in power, transportation and industry sectors, working knowledge of subsurface petroleum engineering aspects of carbon storage.
