Job Description

Conduct research in carbon capture and storage technologies relevant to Singapore’s context. Estimate CO₂ emission profile and evaluate options for subsurface storage in ASEAN countries. Conduct quantitative evaluation of CO₂ emission from various industries; perform statistical analysis of data; conduct numerical simulations of CO₂ injection in various types of subsurface reservoirs in ASEAN.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering; post-graduate studies in Petroleum Engineering; 7 years of industry experience post bachelor degree; working experience in carbon capture technologies in power, transportation and industry sectors, working knowledge of subsurface petroleum engineering aspects of carbon storage.
