We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative individual to contribute to the Advancement team’s efforts to strengthen engagement with our global network of over 206,000 alumni and to support Swinburne’s Horizon 2025 strategy here.

As the Alumni Engagement Coordinator, you will:

  • coordinate and implement alumni engagement strategies
  • support the Advancement team to achieve alumni engagement targets by executing alumni engagement programs in coordination with broader Swinburne portfolios and schools to achieve growth targets
  • executing alumni events, key relationship management and reporting on engagement activities and results

About you

To be suitable for the role you will

  • Proven experience of delivering successful alumni and/or strategic engagement programs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships, including in cross cultural environments, and the capacity to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling and reporting to deadlines
