Student and Academic Administration (SAA) is looking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join its team supporting the Graduate School in the Faculty of Medicine.
The Graduate School is responsible for a range of business processes that support the postgraduate student life cycle including recruitment, enrolment and induction, co-ordination of all aspects of candidature including the assessment and examination process, and award.
You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively. You will be well organised and adaptable taking a positive approach to managing a busy workload. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing an excellent service.
At present, in addition to some on-campus working where/if the business need requires, you would be expected to mostly work remotely in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
