Position overview
The Division of Student Administration and Academic Standards contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. The Division's student related support services include the management of: admissions; enrolment and progression; fee invoicing and cashiering; scholarships; examinations; prizes; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts; student communications and quality advice on ANU student related rules, policy and procedures, as well as compliance with national and international regulations.
The Senior Appeals and Integrity Case Officer reports to the Manager (Appeals and Integrity), and works closely with the immediate team, the Registrar Student Administration and Academic Services, members of the University Executive, relevant staff in the Colleges and other central units to ensure timely and efficient delivery and/or resolution of matters relating to appeals, grievances and integrity (academic and disciplinary).
