‘There's a really nice collegiate atmosphere here and it's a place where you have the opportunity to really make a difference.’ Matthew Hall, Head of Law

The work we do here at the University of Lincoln matters, and working here, you will make a lasting impact on students’ lives. Our student experience is central to what we do so you’ll need to be passionate about what you do, and always looking for ways to improve. We offer an innovative and forward-looking working environment; an award winning range of staff benefits and a great development programme. We offer our staff simply a life changing opportunity.

Located in the beautiful city of Lincoln and well connected to businesses in the area, Lincoln International Business School is a growing and ambitious school with an internationally diverse student body and a set of programmes ranked highly in the National Student Survey.

We are looking for a Partnership Manager Enterprise, who will be a senior member of the dynamic and award winning Business Development team. The role will be responsible for developing new, and proactively managing existing partnerships and relationships across industries and geographies of relevance. This includes creating strategic plans on which clusters to create partnerships with, liaising with senior leadership in those clusters and ensuring products are developed and delivered according to the terms of the contract. The role necessitates undertaking further development discussions with clients as projects develop and linking clients with LIBS academic or consulting expertise.

This role is focussed on Business Development to support the aims and objectives of the Business School including attainment of educational contracts, many of which are expected to be within the government services arena (defence, health, police, education etc). Support in the defence sector is a strong specialism for this role. Therefore it is anticipated that this post will be responsible for a client list of several strategic relationships, such as the MoD. Securing repeat and new business will be a target for this post holder. An interest in the area of Government services may prove to be useful.

An attitude of a growth mindset is a key requirement for this role as innovation and resilience play a large part in outcomes.
