As part of our on-going development strategy, the University of Greenwich is seeking a Senior Teaching Fellow in Business Strategy and Leadership. The role is based in the department of Systems Management and Strategy in the Faculty of Business. The Faculty is located in the Old Royal Naval College at Greenwich - a UNESCO World Heritage site - and has a strong commitment to diversity and internationalism and this is reflected in our staff and student profiles.

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Teaching Fellow who can make an important contribution to our teaching and pastoral care, particularly at the undergraduate level. The postholder will provide leadership and teaching on several modules across a new programme on Business Management and Leadership. The postholder is expected to have a track record of excellent relevant teaching experience coupled by knowledge in designing innovative and inspiring learning material in a blended environment. Specifically, we are looking at utilising advanced learning technologies, such as OBS, SAP, and other Cloud-based software, in designing and delivering learning through synchronous and asynchronous modes of teaching. Involvement in the professional sector, from working in corporations or running own businesses, would be considered highly advantageous.

We are particularly looking for candidates that enjoy teaching subjects relating to strategy and leadership, as well as other business subjects that will be included in the new curriculum such as project management, operations and supply chain management, business information and communication systems, financial management, or marketing and sales management.

If you are an ambitious educator and you want to join a high performing programme team and contribute to making a difference to students’ knowledge and future opportunities, please apply.
