The School is investing in research and enterprise seeking to enhance its role as a hub with local and global connections. The Lincoln International Business School occupies a custom designed building close to the city centre and transom hub, with modern learning spaces for students, a specialist facility for corporate executive education, and flexible spaces to support collaborative research. It is a signatory to the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) and is committed to embedding the PRME values in all its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.  As the successful post holder, you will contribute to teaching and research on the visitor economy. We encourage applications from all areas within the field of Tourism, Events and Hospitality. We would be particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates with an interest in one or more of the following areas: digital tools and experiences on Tourism, Events and Hospitality, accessible Tourism, sustainability in Tourism, Events and Hospitality, eventful cities, and destination image. You will also be equipped with the skills necessary to undertake academic research and publishing output in relevant subject-related leading journals as well as the skills for effective teaching and learning activities including research supervision.
