About the Role

As a Lecturer working within this group you will be responsible for delivering high quality teaching in HRM, Employment Relations and Talent Management. In addition you will support research projects within the UK Defence context and in the areas of the future of work and the future workforce and may be asked to support other teaching and research projects with Defence and for other clients.
